Marble Capital’s founding members have worked together for a combined 80+ years. Prior to Marble Capital, at ARA (now Newmark), they advised the largest multifamily operators in the country, leading in the sale of over $30 billion in multifamily projects across ~5,000 transactions and raising over $2 billion of equity and $7 billion of financing across ~50,000 units nationwide.
Since 2016 at Marble Capital, the current team has raised four closed-end funds and invested in 200+ multifamily properties or 50,000+ units. Each member of the management team is integrally involved in deal sourcing, underwriting, evaluation and capital raising.
