Carson McDaniel serves as president of Marble Capital, LP, and is responsible for allocating Marble’s committed capital, raising joint venture equity on behalf of the companies financed by Marble and managing relations with the fund’s investors. Prior to joining Marble, Carson spent three years at Allen Harrison Company in Houston, Texas. During his tenure there, he served two years as a capital markets associate and one year as a multifamily development and acquisitions analyst. While working as a capital markets associate, his primary responsibilities were managing a $30MM GP co-invest fund, arranging joint venture equity for Allen Harrison Company transactions and investor relations. Carson successfully allocated the $30MM GP co-invest fund to 12 assets state-wide, five of which were ground-up development projects. Additionally, he assisted in the arrangement of $100MM in new joint venture equity for seven Allen Harrison Company transactions. During his time as a development and acquisitions analyst, he assisted in the underwriting of $400MM in potential multifamily transactions. Carson received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Texas A&M University.
