Adam Allen is a co-founder and managing principal of Marble Capital, LP. In this role, he helps manage all aspects of investment activities for Marble, including capital raising, deal sourcing and investment management for the company’s various funds. Adam has been in the commercial real estate business since 2004, previously having started ARA’s Capital Markets Group, which originated equity and debt for multifamily property owners. During his tenure, he led the raise of over $2B of equity across 75+ transactions, $2B of debt across 50+ transactions and closed over $5B of multifamily investment sales. Prior to joining ARA, he was director of acquisitions & development for PinPoint Commercial L.P. and a financial analyst for CBRE Capital Markets in Houston, Texas. Adam serves on the advisory board for Texas Children’s Hospital Cancer Center and is actively involved in Young Life, Hope for Youth, and the University of Texas Real Estate Finance and Investment Center. Adam received his Masters of Business Administration from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in business honors & finance from The University of Texas in Austin.
