Adam Allen is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Marble Capital. In this role, he manages all aspects of the firm including investment activities, capital formation, asset management, and firm strategy.

Adam has been in the commercial real estate business since 2004, previously having worked at Apartment Realty Advisors (Newmark), PinPoint Commercial, and CBRE.

Adam is an active civic leader, currently serving on the Advisory Board for Texas Children’s Hospital, the Dean’s Advisory Council for the McCombs School of Business, and as an active member with The University of Texas Real Estate Center.

Adam received his M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a B.B.A. in Business Honors & Finance from The University of Texas in Austin.

Adam and his wife Lauren reside in Houston, Texas with their four children Lily, Mary Emma, Landon and Miles.
