Yunus Jaffrey serves as a managing director and portfolio manager at Marble Capital, where he leads the firm’s investment platform focused on diversified opportunities strategies. In this capacity, he oversees the strategic expansion into the retail, credit net lease, and industrial sectors, managing deal sourcing, underwriting, and portfolio execution. Prior to joining Marble Capital, Yunus was with Peak Rock Capital, a leading middle-market private equity firm, for nine years based in Austin. During his tenure, he focused on identifying and executing complex value-add and opportunistic debt and equity real estate investments across various asset classes. Earlier in his career, Yunus was with H.I.G. Capital Whitehorse, where he focused on underwriting investments within several sectors, including aerospace and defense, metals and mining, and automotive. He also spent time at PIMCO as a product associate supporting the credit alternatives team. Yunus received a Masters in Business Administration from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelors of Science, cum laude, from New York University Stern School of Business.
