Michelle Parker serves as director of compliance at Marble Capital, where she oversees and strengthens the firm’s compliance program, enhances data security practices, and leads technology-driven initiatives across the organization. She works closely with the CFO/CCO to ensure adherence to applicable securities laws and regulatory requirements. Prior to joining Marble Capital, Michelle was an agency asset analyst with CBRE Multifamily Capital, where she monitored a portfolio of over 100 multifamily properties, focusing on Fannie Mae, senior, and conventional loan products. She began her career at Stewart Title and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in management from Texas Tech University, as well as a Paralegal Real Estate Law Specialist certificate from the University of Texas at Austin. Michelle joined Marble in 2021 and has since progressed from asset and transaction management roles to leading the firm’s compliance function.
