Michelle Parker serves as the associate director of transaction management and works directly with Briggs Knight, general counsel, on investment closings. She works with developers to ensure a smooth closing process, obtaining due diligence on investments under executed term sheets. Michelle also interfaces with construction consultants, insurance consultants, lenders and title companies on behalf of Marble to better serve developers. In her time at Marble, Michelle also served as associate director of asset management, under Craig Stackhouse. Prior to joining Marble Capital, Michelle was an agency asset analyst with CBRE Multifamily Capital. At CBRE, she monitored a portfolio of 100+ multifamily properties, with a focus on Fannie Mae credit facility, senior and conventional products. Michelle started her career at Stewart Title after graduating from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in management.
