Jennifer Wan, CPA serves as fund accounting manager for Marble Capital, LP. In her role, she provides technical accounting knowledge for fund operation and oversees the fund financial reporting process. Prior to joining Marble Capital, Jennifer served as the AVP for Eisner Amper’s fund administration department where she provided accounting and investor relation services to multiple real estate funds. Previously, she worked at Crescent Real Estate as their senior fund accountant. Jennifer received her master’s degree in accounting from Missouri State University. Since 2016, she has been a licensed CPA.
