Shaun Dickerson serves as senior vice president of investor relations at Marble Capital, where she oversees investor relations and fundraising activities. Prior to joining Marble, Shaun spent 15 years at Austin-based Cypress Real Estate Advisors, where she led fundraising for Cypress’ commingled fund business and was a member of the investment committee. While at Cypress, Shaun oversaw the capital raises for four institutionally backed discretionary funds along with additional co-investment partnerships and investment vehicles. Shaun began her career at Crow Holdings in Dallas, managing investments on behalf of the Trammell Crow family and its investment partners. After completing the analyst program at Crow, she was promoted to the portfolio management group. Shaun is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in French. She is currently a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and the Advisory Council of the University of Texas Real Estate Finance & Investment Center.
