Jordan Bernstein joined as a vice president of asset management for Marble Capital. Prior to joining Marble Capital, Jordan spent the prior six years in multifamily real estate development, acquisitions, and asset management with other multifamily real estate firms including: Patmos Capital Partners, Genesis Living, The Milestone Group, and JPMorgan Chase. Jordan is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘Em) where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and business honors. He and his wife Sarah Katherine grew up in Houston where both attended Stratford High School, and celebrated the birth of their first child in June 2024.
