
DOUG GOFF
Doug Goff serves as a managing director and portfolio manager at Marble Capital, leading the firm’s open-end investment strategy. Prior to joining Marble Capital, Doug was with Hines for 16 years based in Houston and London. During this time, he worked in investment management on the launch, deployment, and management of funds for institutional and retail investor clients. Most recently, he led two discretionary separate accounts with $2 billion of equity commitments on behalf of one of the largest pension funds globally. In prior roles at Hines, Doug acquired and managed over $3 billion of assets for Hines’ flagship non-traded REIT funds and co-led global investment strategy for the firm. He also led the formation of an $8 billion separate account with an institutional pension fund client.
Doug is the co-chair of the advisory council for the University of Texas Real Estate Center and a partner at Grace Bible Church. Doug graduated with a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Georgetown University. Doug and his wife Courtney have been married for 18 years and have two children, Grace and James.
