Cole Green serves as a financial analyst for Marble Capital. In this role, he focuses on evaluating new fund investments and reporting for existing fund assets. He also provides research and performance oversight for the team. Prior to joining Marble Capital, Cole worked as a debt and equity analyst at CBRE Capital Markets in Washington, D.C. where he focused on arranging all forms of capital transactions for a wide variety of property types including: multifamily, student housing, industrial, data centers, retail, and office. Cole graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Virginia.
