Christian Armas serves as the asset management portfolio accountant for Marble Capital. Christian helps with reviewing project and property-level financials received from developers for the fund assets. He also helps with calculating future cash flows to determine any operating shortfalls that will require additional equity. Prior to joining Marble Capital, Christian served as the fund accountant for Partners Capital where he was responsible for accounting duties for both the fund entities, and their assets, as well as the development projects. Christian has 10 years of accounting experience in all types of industries such as insurance, oil & gas, and commercial real estate.
