Carter Dunn serves as an asset management analyst at Marble Capital where he supports deal analysis, reporting, and asset management tasks, helping to ensure properties perform to investment expectations. Prior to joining Marble Capital full-time, Carter built upon two successive summers of hands-on experience in the asset management department. Before that, Carter spent a summer interning with The Morgan Group in Houston, where he shadowed the project manager during the development of a mid-rise apartment in Midtown.
