Kristen Wiehe serves as director of portfolio management at Marble Capital, where she focuses on valuations and operations of the Income & Impact Fund. Prior to joining Marble Capital, Kristen was a vice president of portfolio management in Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Banking group, and spent six years as a transaction manager with Newmark’s Multifamily Debt & Structured Finance team in Houston. In these roles she has managed the financing and portfolio management process for projects across all major property types, and has worked with banks, life companies, GSE lenders and debt funds to facilitate financing for over $4B in transactions. Kristen began her career as a property tax consultant after graduating from the Master of Real Estate Program at Texas A&M University in 2011. She is actively involved in several commercial real estate organizations, such as CREW Houston, CCIM, ULI and Aggie Real Estate Network.
