Cindy Krist serves as REIT Tax Director at Marble Capital, overseeing the taxation and compliance for Marble Capital’s Income and Impact Fund. Cindy came to Marble with over thirty years of experience in the real estate industry, including previous tax positions with a national publicly traded real estate investment trust and an international privately held real estate development and management company. Cindy has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.
