Our typical preferred equity investments are used to take the capital stack up to 85% of cost, with the investment size ranging from $5-$15 million. Pricing is determined on a deal by deal basis.
In addition to offering preferred equity investment solutions, Marble Capital also has the ability to offer JV equity, Co-GP equity, and first lien debt for select investment opportunities. The terms of these investments are also determined on a deal by deal basis.
