David Oelfke is a principal and co-founder of Marble Capital. In his executive role, Oelfke helps manage all aspects of investment activities for the fund, including capital raising, deal sourcing, and investment management for the fund’s assets. With over 32 years of experience, Oelfke is a respected leader in the industry. He has received nationwide recognition for his performance in the apartment market, working on behalf of the world’s leading owners to secure over $15 billion of multifamily advisory assignments.
He is also a founding principal and owner at PinPoint Commercial L.P., a Houston-based commercial real estate investor. There, Oelfke has been involved in the ownership of over 6000 multifamily units, the development of 13 assisted living facilities, 850 acres of land, and over 500,000 square feet of industrial space with a total value of over $1bil.
In addition to his myriad of titles, Oelfke is dedicated to his community, serving on the board of directors for Apartment Life and actively working with non-profit organizations, such as The College of Biblical Studies, on Every Word, The Toolbox Lunches, Stoney Creek Ranch, the UT System Chancellor’s Council, and Second Baptist Church.
Oelfke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
Adam Allen is a principal and a founder of Marble Capital, LP. In this role, Allen helps manage all aspects of investment activities for the Fund, including capital raising, deal sourcing, and investment management for the Fund’s assets. Prior to joining Marble Capital, Allen served as Executive Managing Director at ARA where he received extensive experience in arranging and structuring joint venture equity, preferred equity, mezzanine financing, bridge loans, and permanent debt. Allen also had responsibility within ARA of originating and managing investment sales transactions. While at ARA, Allen helped raise over $700 million of equity across 50+ transactions, $1 billion of debt across 30+ transactions, and has closed over $3 billion of multifamily investment sales. . Prior to joining ARA, Allen was Director of Acquisitions & Development for PinPoint Commercial L.P. and a financial analyst for CBRE Capital Markets in Houston, Texas.
Adam received his master’s degree from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in business honors and finance from The University of Texas in Austin.
Matthew Rotan is a principal and a founder of Marble Capital, LP. In this role, Rotan helps manage all aspects of investment activities for the Fund, including capital raising, deal sourcing, and investment management for the Fund’s assets. Rotan is also a founding principal and owner in PinPoint Commercial, L.P., a Houston-based commercial real estate investor. At PinPoint, Rotan has developed 13 assisted living facilities, 850 acres of land, and 500,000 square feet of industrial space with a total value of $675 million. In addition, Rotan is a general partner and founding principal of Apartment Development Equity Fund (ADEF), a $56 million equity fund raised in 2013 to invest in ground-up multifamily developments across the country. To date, ADEF has invested in four multifamily projects in Texas and Florida.
Rotan is the chairman of the board of directors and the executive committee of the Boys & Girls Country Home in Katy, Texas, an organization assisting children in crisis; an active member of St. Martins Church, where he recently served on the vestry; and a member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Breeder’s Greeter’s Committee, which supports college scholarships for Texas youth. He is a fourth generation Houstonian who has been married for over 25 years and has four children. Rotan graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing.
Carson McDaniel serves as President of Marble Capital, LP, and is responsible for managing all day to day operations, underwriting and evaluating investment opportunities, and managing investor relations.
Prior to joining Marble Capital, LP,. McDaniel spent three years at Allen Harrison Company in Houston, Texas. During his tenure there, McDaniel served two years as a capital markets associate and one year as a multifamily development and acquisitions analyst. While working as a capital markets associate, McDaniel’s primary responsibilities were managing a $30 million GP co-invest fund arranging joint venture equity for Allen Harrison Company transactions, and investor relations. McDaniel successfully allocated the $30 million GP co-invest fund to 12 assets statewide, five of which were ground-up development projects. Additionally, McDaniel assisted in the arrangement of $100 million in new joint venture equity for seven Allen Harrison Company transactions. During McDaniel’s time as a development and acquisitions analyst, he assisted in the underwriting of $400 million of potential multifamily transactions.
McDaniel received his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Texas A&M University.
David Stockton serves as Chief Financial Office of Marble Capital, LP. In this role, Stockton focuses his time maintaining Marble Capital’s financial, personnel, and general corporate responsibilities. Stockton also operates a consulting firm focusing on the financial needs of high-net-worth individuals and their related estates. His firm also oversees the financial activities of several real estate development companies and helps them maintain accurate reporting and compliance procedures.
Stockton graduated with honors from Baylor University’s accounting program in 2002, and he also holds a master’s degree in Christian counseling from Denver Seminary. He has been married to his wife Jennifer for 10 years and they are raising their four boys, Will, Sam, Spencer, and Andrew.
